Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase: However, should you need to returns items, please contact us directly by email or phone call.

Please check your music and CD (if applicable) on receipt.

Your right to cancel the contract for the purchase of items begins from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. We cannot, unfortunately accept cancellations of CD products where the item is unsealed.

If you return goods to us we will not refund the return postage. Goods must be received by us in the condition in which they were sent. We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund on damaged or soiled goods.

If you receive a product that is damaged or not working, please notify us immediately by Email or telephone. We will send you a replacement and will provide a pre-paid envelope to return the product so that we may investigate the problem.
